TL;DR
After publishing the first articles, I created Pinterest pins to help drive traffic. This involved building a simple workflow to produce multiple pins for each article efficiently.

Creating Pinterest Pins for a Brand New Website
Once the first articles were published, the next step was creating Pinterest pins to help them reach an audience.
Since the site is designed to grow through Pinterest, this became an important part of the process early on.
Building a Simple Workflow
Rather than creating pins one at a time, I developed a simple workflow to make the process more efficient.
This included:
• creating templates
• batching pin creation
• using consistent layouts
This made it possible to produce multiple pins for each article without starting from scratch each time.
Creating Multiple Pins Per Article
Instead of relying on a single pin, I created several variations for each article.
Each version used:
• slightly different wording
• different visuals
• varied hooks
This increases the chances of reaching different audiences and improves the likelihood of clicks over time.
Keeping the Process Manageable
At this stage, the goal wasn’t to create perfect pins, but to create enough content to support the articles.
The workflow was designed to be repeatable and sustainable, rather than overly complex.
What Comes Next
With articles published and pins created, the site had its first pieces of content in place.
The next stage involved observing how that content performed and making adjustments based on what worked and what didn’t.
